*If you are currently experiencing one of the following errors, you DO NOT need to report it to us via email. Our team is working through it and will update this group once it's been resolved.*
1. We are aware that reactivating some accounts is resulting in receiving a Customer account rather than a Purpose Partner account.
2. We are aware of some of you are not receiving you reactivation email - it could be in your junk email, so please check there. If it’s not in junk, standby we’re working through it.
3. We are aware that the 35% discount is not showing during shopping or checkout for some of you. We’re on it.
4. We are aware there are typos in the Virtual Office and will be managing those throughout the week once larger issues are resolved.
5. We are aware there is a "skuid/sequel" error showing up when you log in at times.
6. We're aware for some leaders, your titles are not correct and you're missing info on your teams.
7. We’re aware of referral codes not properly attributing.
I know and understand how frustrating these issues are. Rest assured that this team here is incredible and what they have done to integrate and migrate platforms is a beast of a challenge.
