Return + Exchange Policy
Think Goodness is committed to providing you with high quality products. If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to report and receive a replacement. If your order contains a product with a manufacturing defect or if you are unhappy with your product in any way, you have 90 days from the date of shipment to request a refund or replacement. Items reported within 30 days may be refunded back to the card on file. Orders reported after that time will be refunded via store credit.Examples of manufacturing defects:
- Non-functional clasp
- Abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in natural stone colors or tarnishing from wear or time)
- Jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly
- Epoxy (adhesive - glass or crystals are loose)
- Product arrived with factory seal not intact
- Product has strange odor or discoloration
- Product has expired ‘use by’ date
All claims must be initiated within 90 days of purchase by clicking here to open a claim. Once we have received your claim, we will review your request and contact you directly via email with a resolution within 7-10 business days. If you are required to send the merchandise back to our warehouse, your refund or credit will not be issued until the merchandise is received by Think Goodness.
Inscriptions items are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturing defects, or if visual previewing is drastically different from the actual personalized product when delivered. Online previewing is intended to represent how the final product will look, but subtle differences will occur.
WILLING BEAUTY, CMYK, & INTUITIV WELLNESS
If you are unhappy with a Willing Beauty, CMYK or Intuitiv Wellness product for any reason, please initiate a return on our returns site within 90 days of the purchase date. Think Goodness reserves the right to request any product(s) to be shipped back prior to issuing any credit.
