GENERAL
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping methods chosen are subject to change depending on final destination. During high volume seasons such as Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, processing times may be extended.
Think Goodness only accepts orders within the fifty (50) United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and APO/FPO addresses.
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The following US shipping methods currently apply:
- -Economy (contiguous United States only): Arrives in 4-10 business days
- -Standard: Arrives in 4-7 business days
- -Expedited: Arrives in 3-5 business days
- -Priority: Arrives in 2-4 business days
INTERNATIONAL
Think Goodness currently only ships internationally to Canada. However, it's important to note that we do not offer shipping to Quebec. Standard and expedited International shipping methods apply. All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please be advised that customs clearance procedures are required and may cause delays beyond Think Goodness’ original delivery estimates. PUERTO RICO / U.S. TERRITORIES
Think Goodness offers standard shipping to Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories addresses with an estimated delivery arrival of 4-12 business days.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES / P.O. BOXES
Think Goodness offers standard shipping to domestic P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Military addresses with an estimated delivery arrival of 4-12 business days.
TRACKING ORDERS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Think Goodness with your tracking number. If you are a domestic customer your order may contain multiple tracking numbers. If you receive a partial package, please check your order details located in your account to confirm if there are still items which are processing. International customers will receive one tracking number from either UPS or USPS.
