Can I exchange an item?

Think Goodness is committed to providing you with high quality products. If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to report and receive a replacement. If your order contains a product with a manufacturing defect or if you are unhappy with your product in any way, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or replacement. Items reported within 30 days may be refunded back to the card on file. Orders reported after that time will be refunded via store credit.

What is the Subscribe + Save program?

The Subscribe & Save program is a new monthly auto-replenishment subscription program for your favorite replenishable goods. The Subscribe & Save program will allow you to receive your favorite Think Goodness products on a recurring basis for the convenience of having them delivered right to your door before you run out. Plus, you will get a discount that varies by product. That is why the program is called Subscribe & Save!

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY AUTO REPLENISHMENT ORDER?

We will replenish your Think Goodness favorites automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days. Simply choose the replenishment schedule that works for you, and you’ll get a percentage off each order, plus free shipping on replenishment orders over $40. Your auto replenishment will automatically renew on a recurring basis.  At that time, your credit card will be charged automatically for your products, including applicable handling fees, until you skip or cancel.

HOW DO TIERS WORK?

When you earn a certain number of points, you go up a tier level. When you reach a new tier, you can stay at that tier for a full year, even if you spend all your points. If by the end of the year, you have less points than the threshold for your tier, you will go down to the correct tier level for the number of points in your account. In a nutshell: Your tier increases to the correct level as soon as you earn the points to enter it, but your tier level does not decrease for a full calendar year and then only if you do not have enough points to meet the threshold at the end of the year.

Once you enter a new tier, you will remain in that tier for 12 months. If after this time you don’t earn points to retain your tier, you will be downgraded to the tier that matches your points earned within the last 12 months. For example, if you crossed the tier entry threshold on October 1, 2021, you will retain that tier until October 1, 2022 but will be downgraded if you have not earned enough points within the 12 months to maintain that tier.

Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity. This means, if you take no action to either earn or spend points for 12 months, they will expire. If they expire, your point balance will return to 0. However, your tier will remain unchanged unless you do not reach that tier threshold by the end of the year.
