2022 Think Goodness Culture Award Nominations Now Open

Nominations open until Saturday, June 25 at 11:59 p.m. CT

The Think Goodness Culture Awards represent what Think Goodness holds dear—our mission. The Culture Awards are the very heart of who we are!

There are five Culture Awards given at GLOW to reflect what’s most important in the Think Goodness culture.  

Since this is our inaugural GLOW event, we're doing things a little bit differently. Please nominate a Purpose Partner for an award without depicting which award they should receive. The Founders will decide which category the Purpose Partner falls into based on your nomination. 

All we ask is that you nominate from your heart and share as many details and examples as you can to why they deserve a Culture Award.

Nominations are based on the criteria listed below for each of these awards, so be sure to read it closely.

The Purpose Partner nominated does NOT need to attend GLOW to be nominated for a Culture Award!

Nominate a Purpose Partner by sending an email to recognition@thinkgoodness.com  with the following information by June 25 at 11:59 p.m. CT:

• Culture Award – please place this information in the subject line of your email
• Purpose Partner Name and ID
• Purpose Partner’s City and State
• Your Name
• Your Relationship to the Nominee
• Reason for Nominating (500 words or less)

Please ensure your nomination email includes ALL of the information above.

Award Categories

Purpose & Passion Award

A Purpose Partner who:

• Has an undeniable passion for Think Goodness.
• Is building a business with purpose and gives back to others.
• Genuinely loves and inspires all; a person who is approachable and empathetic in all circumstances.
• Is capable of positively affecting any situation, helping others to realize their own purpose, and spreads the passion for Think Goodness to everyone around them.
• Is both a committed professional mentor and compassionate personal coach.
• Has a personal story that inspires others.

Giving Goodness Award

A Purpose Partner who:

• Represents the Think Goodness mission statement in every aspect of his or her life.
• Is a BOOM extraordinaire.
• Uses their Think Goodness business to positively impact the lives of others.
• Leads and serves their team in every way, modeling a give-back mentality.
• Has made significant efforts to be a Force For Good in their community and has made extraordinary sacrifices for others.
• Contributes to charitable organizations by volunteering their time, or donating to a cause(s) they are passionate about.

Servant Leadership Award

A Purpose Partner who:

• Seeks to develop and align purpose with the Think Goodness mission and personally lives it out daily.
• Leads from the heart and selflessly serves all those around them, fostering leadership in others.
• Creates a culture of trust.
• Encourages diversity in thought with an unselfish mindset; a serve-first mindset.
• Empowers and uplifts others with humility, encouraging team work and unity.
• Looks to enhance the development of others in ways that unlock potential, creativity and a sense of purpose.

Most Inspiring Young Entrepreneur Award

An Young Entrepreneur (girl or boy, ages 11-17) who:

• Has embraced their role and demonstrated commitment to learn about the Think Goodness opportunity.
• Lives the Think Goodness mission and embodies the Core Values in every aspect of life.
• Works toward success with their business.
• Has a give-back mentality.
• Is active and engaged with their team and peers.
• Inspires and motivates peers through positive action.
• Serves as role model for other Young Entrepreneur teams.

Heart of Think Goodness Award

The highest level of Purpose Partner recognition, given by the Think Goodness Founders.

A Purpose Partner who:

• Is the TOTAL embodiment of Think Goodness, our mission and Core Values, and lives them every day in every way.
• Is committed to mentoring all Purpose Partners (even those who are not part of her/his team), and makes it a priority to help them achieve success with their business and in their own lives.
• Naturally serves others with an authentic selflessness that is contagious.
• Has magnetic enthusiasm, and energizes others to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others.
• Performs acts of kindness and has an extraordinary commitment to changing lives.
• Contributes to a cause(s) they are passionate about; donates time and/or resources to charitable giving efforts.
• A role model for all to learn from. Makes a significant impact that influences all around them.
• Radiates Think Goodness and everything we stand for.
