Requires interacting with others, interpreting spoken messages, constant keyboarding, sitting, hearing and talking are required. The Heartbeat of This Role:  

This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of Think Goodness’ eCommerce website housed on Shopify Plus, including both the Consumer facing website and the Purpose Partner Virtual Office. 

Responsible for eCommerce efforts including product detail management: working with cross-functional teams to obtain product details, add product details to Product Information Management System Salsify, and launch all new products/takedowns and promotions on ThinkGoodness.com.   

Primary tasks include management of the website product details, including product descriptions, images, and image linking, optimizing existing web products and categories, and web copy changes. Proofing, project management, and tracking are also required. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day general website content management and image updates, front-end and Purpose Partner Virtual Office troubleshooting, and QA testing. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional promotions/launch team to secure all necessary assets and information needed to set up system for launches, promotions, and initiatives. 

• Check that pricing is entered, safety stock is set correctly, limits are set, and scheduling is done on a per SKU basis for each item launching. 

• Support eCommerce platform enhancements by developing business requirements in partnership with Director, eCommerce Strategy 

• Ability to manage Shopify apps, including digital catalog app creation, product scheduling, and advanced collection 

• Share an expert eye on user interaction and making recommendations for enhancement, UI/UX 

• Ability to perform testing duties on new website functionality and provide detailed list of issues to be resolved 

• Monitor closely each launch for potential errors or omission and correct or update issues as needed live. 

• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction 

• Attend Cross-functional meetings weekly to contribute insight, make recommendations on processes based on system knowledge.

Must Have Minimums:

• 1-2 years knowledge of Shopify Plus
• Knowledge of Monday, Liquid, Salsify, or Shogun a plus!*
• Skilled in SEO + SEM
• Knowledge of Digital and Social Media Marketing a plus
• Must be a self-starter, exhibit leadership qualities, and be extremely detail-oriented and able to adhere to tight deadlines    + work remotely
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be detail oriented with exceptional project management skills
• Able to use applications at a proficient level including word processing + spreadsheet creation
• Experience proofreading and researching product information   
• Hard working, task-driven mentality        
• Aptitude to make sound communications decisions, with good judgment, on behalf of Think Goodness is imperative
• Exceptional communication skills are required

The Heartbeat of This Role:  

The Jewelry Designer will conceptualize, create and develop original designs for Origami Owl's various jewelry categories. This candidate must have a passion for fashion, jewelry, and the Origami Owl brand and mission. The designer will have exceptional art and product design skills to visually convey new jewelry concepts, challenged to push brand boundaries in order to achieve the next level in jewelry innovation. The Jewelry Designer will work closely with product development team members to ensure accuracy of creative vision and brand.

Responsibilities:

• Produce original designs of new jewelry concepts and work with existing concepts to create new offerings for the brand.
• Ability to use traditional/digital art and design skills to visualize in scale and proper proportions of products and their features.
• Understand the product life cycle from design to manufacture of mass produced jewelry and imbue such sensibilities for plausible products.
• Be able to think in terms of 3 dimensions to prepare orthographic views for technical drawings.
• Uphold brand integrity, high quality execution, and timeliness throughout the development process.
• Participate in creative discussions, review market trends and perform competitive market research.
• Review samples and prototypes to assist with keeping design integrity within manufacturing as well as for specific merchandise initiatives.
• Participate in self-directed research and illustration of new concepts consistent with company strategy
• Prepare design presentations for review by the VP of Product Development and other Sr. Management members; able to articulate thinking behind proposed concepts and collaborate with critical feedback throughout the iterative design process.

Must Have Minimums:

• Bachelors of Art in product/jewelry design or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
• Highly creative individual with comfortable industry knowledge of basic metallurgy and gemology
• Knowledge of jewelry design to manufacturing techniques
• Strong traditional art visualization skills
• Strong technical expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator
• 3D CAD skills a plus (Rhino 3D, Solidworks, ArtCAM to name a few)
• Able to translate a creative design into a technical drawing
• Bench jeweler skills a plus (hands-on fabrication/assembly)
• Team player, organized, able to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines
• Used to working in a fast paced environment where new ideas can be visualized quickly at will
