The Heartbeat of This Role:

As part of the Marketing Team, this role will be responsible for the visual content strategy and identity for brands under the Think Goodness Brand Collective. In this role, you will support the coordination of the overall strategic focus of digital platforms (website, social media, other digital forums), driving the visual content pillars, including video and static, along with its supporting content/copywriting process.

A day in this role includes planning out the brand content strategy and being held responsible for executing through creative requests, production, and ultimately deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Visual content creation and project management primarily for social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) for all brands underneath the Think Goodness Brand Collective
• Responsible for ideation, creation, and deployment or delivery of all content created
• Handle videography, production, basic graphic design, and supporting content/copywriting
• Work alongside the marketing team and the art director to establish and manage a content calendar and work on an overall brand video/visual strategy
• Manage developing and overseeing Think Goodness’ brand video style guide
• Plan and organize external videography resources where needed on projects in partnership with photography and visual merchandiser
• Manage scheduling and facilitating all shoot details, including coordinating product requirements with merchandising teams and visual merchandising. Source props and locations in partnership with the visual merchandising team, and schedule talent as needed
• Postproduction and editing of all videography
• Upload creative content to Think Goodness’ website, online drives, or platforms as required
• Work collaboratively with other team members and creative team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity
• Manage the maintenance and organization of all videography equipment and tools
• Assist in Graphic Design or other creative projects as needed
• Partner with marketing manager on coordinating with influencers and outside content creators to drive overall content strategy
• Follows all content trends, identify the ones that make sense for our brand and overall strategy

 

 

 

Must Have Minimums:

• Social media video editing using native tools and other platforms like CapCut is a must
• Basic videography and post-production knowledge is a bonus
• Some experience in a content creation role (internships, personal projects, or freelance work)
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solver
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn and develop new processes
• Interest in learning how to identify target audiences and create content and campaigns that engage, inform, and convert users
• Willingness to assist in managing creative projects from start to finish
• Excited to brainstorm creative ideas that promote a brand in fun and trendy ways
• Able to assist in creating visual and video content for social media, using basic video editing, graphic design, and copywriting skills
• Willing to learn post-production video editing and supporting graphics like photography
• Interest in designing and optimizing content for web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools is a plus
• Creative thinker, clear communicator, and able to share ideas with different teams
• Basic writing skills with attention to spelling and punctuation
• Some knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or Premiere Pro is helpful, but not required
• Eager to multitask and assist on various creative projects
• Enjoys working collaboratively with different teams
• A good eye for detail and willing to develop creative skills
• Able to help move projects forward in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willing to prioritize and take initiative on tasks that have the biggest impact

While performing the duties of this job the employee must be able to sit continuously to perform essential job functions throughout the entire shift. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods, throughout the day. Requires interacting with others, interpreting spoken messages, constant keyboarding, sitting, hearing and talking are required. The employee will occasionally stand and walk, and infrequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on even surfaces.

Origami Owl Connections Charm Bar Event Retail Associate

Our lives are deeply enriched, and our spirits are lifted when we experience face-to-face, authentic connection. When our founder, Bella Weems Lambert, founded Origami Owl in 2010, she experienced the power of people coming together to share their stories through our meaningful, storytelling jewelry. As we launch our new retail location in Gilbert, AZ, we're excited to come full circle.

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Retail Associates to join our team for the soft opening of our new store. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Origami Owl, welcoming guests, assisting with jewelry creation, and fostering a sense of community and connection. This role involves working at our Charm Jewelry Bar workshop and Permanent Jewelry experience.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and warmth, providing an exceptional in-store experience.
Jewelry Creation: Assist in hand assembling custom jewelry ordered online such as stationary Charm Necklaces.
Charm Bar: Help customers create memories at our Charm Bar by selecting from over 100 fun, trendy, and vintage charms to design unique necklaces, Living Lockets®, and bracelets. Guide customers through the process of designing custom jewelry pieces, offering suggestions and ensuring a personalized touch.
Sales Support: Manage sales transactions, restocking inventory, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
Community Engagement: Facilitate authentic connections between customers, encouraging them to share their stories and experiences.
Event Assistance: Support the setup and execution of in-store events including event set-up, restocking, occasionally handling food and beverages and coordinating with outside vendors.  

Qualifications: 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Previous retail experience is a plus but not required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
Must be available for Fridays, evenings, and weekend hours.
Location: Gilbert, AZ
