Brand Marketing & Merchandising Manager

The Think Goodness Brand Collective is seeking a Brand Marketing & Merchandising Manager to lead brand storytelling, digital marketing, and content creation while seamlessly integrating product merchandising. This Gilbert-based role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives on executing visually compelling, product-driven campaigns that engage customers and enhance the shopping experience. we're excited to come full circle.

Who You Are

You excel at crafting compelling visual and written content that bridges marketing and merchandising in a brand-conscious way. With a keen eye for aesthetics, you thrive at the intersection of design, storytelling, and strategy, bringing product collections to life through creative campaigns, digital marketing, and merchandising integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Experience & Merchandising Integration 

• Develop and execute brand storytelling strategies that align marketing efforts with seasonal merchandising and product launches.
• Oversee the visual and creative execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and product positioning.
• Partner with merchandising and product teams to bring the product vision to life across digital platforms, email, and social media.
• Optimize website merchandising and promotional storytelling, ensuring consistency in product content, imagery, and messaging.

Art Direction & Content Creation

• Lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution, maintaining visual and storytelling consistency.
• Oversee photo and video direction, working with photographers and designers to create high-quality, product-driven visuals.
• Maintain and evolve the brand aesthetic across all channels for a cohesive and elevated identity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling copy and visuals for email, social media, website content, and digital ads.
• Use Canva or other design tools to develop on-brand marketing assets when needed.

Campaign Development & Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches that connect brand storytelling with merchandising.
• Manage campaign calendars to ensure timely execution of seasonal launches, sales, and key brand moments.
• Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI).

Social Media & Digital Content Strategy

• Own content strategy and execution for social media, ensuring visuals and messaging align with brand initiatives.
• Develop engaging, social-first content, including lifestyle imagery, product styling, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
• Oversee product tagging, links, and CTAs to drive traffic and measure conversion success.
• Manage influencer and UGC (user-generated content) integration to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic.  

Email & SMS Marketing

• Plan, create, and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, ensuring alignment with product launches and promotions.
• Optimize email flows and automated sequences to enhance customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
• Ensure email visuals and messaging reinforce merchandising strategy and brand consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, sales, and e-commerce teams to align marketing campaigns with inventory planning and sales goals.
• Partner with designers, photographers, and content creators to enhance product storytelling.
• Collaborate with external agencies when needed to support larger campaigns, ad creative, and digital strategy.

Reporting and Analysis

• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across email, social media, and website content.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine creative direction and marketing strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in visual storytelling, branding, and digital marketing to keep Think Goodness at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, or digital merchandising within a product-based business.
• A strong eye for visual storytelling, with experience directing and executing creative assets across multiple channels.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, thriving under tight timelines, new challenges, and high-pressure situations.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Canva, Shopify, and social media tools.
• A deep understanding of brand identity, digital content, and customer engagement strategies.
• The ability to seamlessly connect digital marketing and product merchandising to enhance brand and product storytelling.
• A collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with creative, product, and e-commerce teams.

While performing the duties of this job the employee must be able to sit continuously to perform essential job functions throughout the entire shift. Origami Owl Connections Charm Bar Event Retail Associate

Our lives are deeply enriched, and our spirits are lifted when we experience face-to-face, authentic connection. When our founder, Bella Weems Lambert, founded Origami Owl in 2010, she experienced the power of people coming together to share their stories through our meaningful, storytelling jewelry. As we launch our new retail location in Gilbert, AZ, we're excited to come full circle.

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Retail Associates to join our team for the soft opening of our new store. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Origami Owl, welcoming guests, assisting with jewelry creation, and fostering a sense of community and connection. This role involves working at our Charm Jewelry Bar workshop and Permanent Jewelry experience.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and warmth, providing an exceptional in-store experience.
Jewelry Creation: Assist in hand assembling custom jewelry ordered online such as stationary Charm Necklaces.
Charm Bar: Help customers create memories at our Charm Bar by selecting from over 100 fun, trendy, and vintage charms to design unique necklaces, Living Lockets®, and bracelets. Guide customers through the process of designing custom jewelry pieces, offering suggestions and ensuring a personalized touch.
Sales Support: Manage sales transactions, restocking inventory, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
Community Engagement: Facilitate authentic connections between customers, encouraging them to share their stories and experiences.
Event Assistance: Support the setup and execution of in-store events including event set-up, restocking, occasionally handling food and beverages and coordinating with outside vendors.  

Qualifications: 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Previous retail experience is a plus but not required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
Must be available for Fridays, evenings, and weekend hours.
Location: Gilbert, AZ
