10 Days of Goodness Random Acts

In addition to our 10 Days of Goodness offers, we can’t forget about our mission and our ‘why.’
‘Why’ is giving good for you? Helping others is not only good for them and a good thing to do, it also makes us happier and healthier, too. Giving also connects us to others, creating stronger communities and helping to build a happier world for everyone.
When we give to others, the focus is no longer on us, but on making a difference and creating a ripple effect of good in the world. At Think Goodness, we are all about creating a ripple effect of good, and we need YOUR help spreading some goodness.
We are inviting YOU – our Purpose Partners – to collect stories from your customers of individuals or families in THEIR community who are in need of some “goodness” this holiday season.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Invite all your LOCAL customers to nominate an individual/family in need
- Ask your customer to record a 30-second video on their phone sharing with us what the current need is for this individual/family
- Have your customer send, via Facebook or Instagram, a direct message to @think.goodness with their video submissions (multiple submissions are allowed)
- Be sure they include the following information when sending the video:
IMPORTANT DETAILS TO REMEMBER:
- Customers MUST get approval from the individual or family to share their story with us.
- The individual/family MUST live close by or within driving distance of you or your customer.
- Your customer must know this individual or family and be able to confirm their need.
- You cannot submit a story on behalf of your own family members, extended family or other Purpose Partners.
- Deadline for video submissions is December 10, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
HOW IT WILL WORK:
We will be selecting a few of your customers’ videos and blessing those nominated individuals or families with a Random Act of Goodness™. IMPORTANT to note, if your customer’s story is selected, please be prepared because we will ask that you BOTH do the following:
- If possible, in December, along with your customer, hand deliver the gift card, we send you, to the individual/family in person.
- Record a quick, one-minute video of your customer sharing why they wanted to gift some goodness to this individual/family, and in the same video record the gift exchange on the customer’s phone.
- Ask your customer to upload the gifting exchange video to their Instagram account and don’t forget to tag YOU (the Purpose Partner) and US at @think.goodness, so we can both re-share the goodness that you both have done to help spark that ripple effect of good, which will inspire others to do the same this holiday season!
