Care Team Update Starting Monday, August 15

Can you believe it’s already August? Where has the time gone? It seems impossible to believe, but Christmas is in only 135 days! As you are aware, we are entering into our busiest season of the year. We strive for excellence in everything we do, and this year, we want to make sure we are attentive to your business and customers’ needs while also creating efficiencies!

We’re trying something new! Beginning Monday, August 15, the Care Team will be providing support to Purpose Partners and Customers via email ONLY. Providing documented email support will allow our team to provide you additional guidance (i.e. links or steps to available resources relevant to the inquiry) and will reduce your time spent on hold. We will re-evaluate our Care Team support options again in October, and will communicate an update then.

For a quick resolution, we ask that you first review articles, FAQs and/or connect with your Mentor. If you cannot locate a resolution, you can contact the Care Team via email at Support@ThinkGoodness.com or by selecting “Send us an Email” at the bottom of your Online Shop on ThinkGoodness.com.

We want this to be an exceptional experience for you and your customers. When emailing the Care Team, please provide the necessary details relevant to the issue at hand (i.e. order numbers, email addresses, customer/downline name, etc.) and allow up to 48 hours for a response. We will certainly strive to answer your emails same day or within 24 hours, however, we will be allowing ourselves a 48-hour response time.

For urgent assistance outside of business hours, you can email AfterHours@ThinkGoodness.com. If your inquiry is identified as an emergency, one of our team members will be in contact with you. Otherwise, you will receive a response from the Care Team when we resume normal business hours.

If your inquiry is best resolved with a phone call, rest assured the Care Team will be more than happy to do so. In this case, please also provide your contact information and the best time to reach you in your email.
