November Letter from Dr. J
Posted by STACEY HARMON
Hey Intuitiv Fam,
Today, I want to share a quick anecdote:
After too many years of unfulfilling work, Bronnie Ware began searching for a job with heart. Despite having no formal qualifications or experience, she found herself working in palliative care. Over the years, she spent tending to the needs of those who were deeply compromised in regards to their health, and Bronnie's life was transformed.
Later, she wrote an internet blog about the most common regrets expressed to her by the people she had cared for. The top five regrets from Bronnie’s book and blog are as follows:
- I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me
- I wish I hadn’t worked so hard
- I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings
- I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends
- I wish I had let myself be happier
The article, also called "The Top Five Regrets of the Dying," gained so much momentum that it was read by more than three million people. Bronnie hoped that she could generate the awareness and understanding that it is possible for people, if they make the right choices, to not have to live with regret.
So why do I share this?
When we are well, rested and mentally clear, our quality of life is greater and our ability to truly tune into our greatest needs evolves and unfolds. When we prioritize our health, we can pay attention to the rhythms of life.
Bronnie's work illustrated that ultimately most people live lives that are unbalanced and slightly disconnected. At Intuitiv Wellness, we offer tools, products, consciousness and strategies to assist you in ensuring this never occurs for you.
Health, peace, contentment and fulfillment go hand in hand, and we want to help you own your own individual journey. With our top of the line formulas, we work to keep you both rested and productive, allowing you to accomplish all that you dream of.
As always, please reach out to us with any questions or concerns - we are here to help.
With sincere gratitude,
Dr. J
