Starting November 1 and for a limited time, Brand Partners can host a Pop-Up, create a link for the host and earn rewards.

How it works:

• Pop-up Link Available to Brand Partners Only.
• Pop-Up must have a host. Brand Partners can NOT be their own host. We will be auditing to ensure all Pop-Up links created meet this requirement.
• Any Pop-Up with the Brand Partner as the host will be subject to close and No Pop-Up Perks will be honored.
• Pop-Ups links are automatically set to close in 30 days and cannot be extended.
• Perks or rewards will be automatically sent to the host via email in the form of a promo code after the Pop-Up is closed.
• No minimum number of orders required.

The transformation we have undergone as an omnichannel organization, with no team structure, has opened exciting avenues for our Brand Partners. To celebrate this evolution and to equip you for success in the coming year, we are thrilled to announce our inaugural Brand Partner Retreat event, taking place on February 2-3, 2024, at our Think Goodness Nest in Gilbert, Arizona – and we extend a warm invitation to all our valued Brand Partners to earn an invite to this event.

This two-day retreat promises an enriching experience of self-care, self-development, training tailored to the new business model, plus some exclusive reveals and a lot of fun!

Just like our annual GLOW event, Brand Partners pay their own registration, transportation and hotel.

    Starting on November 1st, we are thrilled to introduce our new Customer Service system. This user-friendly tool is accessible directly from our website and is designed to provide quick, accurate, and relevant information to address your common questions and concerns. It's streamlined to allow you to find answers independently, reducing wait times and enhancing your overall experience.


    With our new system, you can enter keywords, navigate through questions and categories, or view search results to locate the information you need. Additionally, you will have access to our FAQs, where you can check order statuses and more.

    If, by any chance, you cannot find the answer you're looking for, don't worry! You can submit a question, and our dedicated Care Team will reach out to assist you. Each question generates a ticket, and we'll address them in the order they are received.

    How to use the FAQ Widget:

    The FAQ Widget is quick and easy and helps you get your questions answered! To use the Widget, follow these steps:

    1. Visit Think Goodness website or your online shop
    2. Click on the round pink icon at the bottom right corner of your page
