Product Development Intern
Think Goodness is looking for a creative and detail-driven intern to join our Product Development team this summer. You’ll work across our three brands, Origami Owl, Willing Beauty, and CMYK Cosmetics, to support product design and development from concept to sample. This internship is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye, technical curiosity, and an eagerness to learn how products go from mood board to shelf.
Who You Are:
• A college student or recent grad in fashion, product development, or design
• Proficient in or eager to learn Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Organized, curious, and excited to learn the full lifecycle of a product
• Interested in beauty, fashion, and the behind-the-scenes of building a brand
• Able to be on-site at our Gilbert, AZ office 2 to 3 days per week

What You’ll Do:
• Assist in creating trend and concept mood boards
• Help manage samples, measurements, and filing systems
• Provide support on creative briefs and product design development
• Learn how to communicate with vendors and cross-functional teams
While performing the duties of this job the employee must be able to sit continuously to perform essential job functions throughout the entire shift. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods, throughout the day. Requires interacting with others, interpreting spoken messages, constant keyboarding, sitting, hearing and talking are required. The employee will occasionally stand and walk, and infrequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on even surfaces.

Social Media Marketing Intern
Join the Think Goodness Brand Collective, home to Origami Owl, CMYK Cosmetics, and Willing Beauty, for a summer internship designed to give you hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fashion and beauty marketing. We’re looking for a social-savvy intern to support our content and community efforts. If you’re obsessed with Instagram trends, know what makes a Reel go viral, and have a passion for storytelling through content, this internship is for you.
Who You Are:
• A college student or recent grad pursuing marketing, communications, or a related field
• Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date on social media trends
• Comfortable using Microsoft, Canva, Google, social scheduling tools, and savvy enough to learn new platforms quickly
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative but fast-moving environment
What You'll Gain:
• Real-world experience supporting multi-brand social media accounts
• Exposure to the full social content pipeline from brainstorming to scheduling
• Insight into PR and influencer marketing operations

• Assist in curating and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Support PR package planning and influencer seeding
• Contribute ideas to ongoing campaigns and trend spotting
• Help organize and archive UGC, brand assets, and creative
• Assist with other brand marketing initiatives as needed, including email marketing, competitive analysis, in-person pop-ups, and more.
