The Promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is available to all Think Goodness, LLC or Think Goodness, ULC (hereinafter collectively, “TG”) Purpose Partners (hereinafter “PPs”) and customers on the terms and conditions noted below. TG reserves the right to discontinue or alter the terms and conditions of this Promotion without notice.

• By participating in the Promotion, PPs and customers agree to be bound by these official terms and conditions, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
• Non-compliance with these terms & conditions may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the Promotion.
• The Promotion runs during the dates displayed on the specific Promotion advertisement (hereinafter “Promotion Period”) or while supplies last.
• Promotional discounts or elements are good only for specific products featured. All PP and customer orders of eligible items must be placed within Promotion Period. Limited quantity and valid while supplies last. Substitutions may apply. No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.
• SKUs are located site-wide on http://www.thinkgoodness.com, PP’s Personal Website, and PP’s Virtual Office.
• All retail customers shall be automatically eligible for the Promotion. During the Promotion Period, a customer may purchase a limited quantity of eligible items at the discounted rate via website order or customer orders placed through a PP’s Personal Website.
• If Promotion is open to PPs, all PPs who are in good standing throughout the Promotion Period shall be eligible for the Promotion. To be in good standing, PPs must be in compliance with the Independent Business Owner Agreement Terms & Conditions and Policies and Procedures. During the Promotion Period, a PP may purchase a limited quantity of eligible items at the discounted rate per wholesale order in their Virtual Office.
• PPs will earn Personal Volume (“PV”) based on customer’s purchase of eligible items during the Promotion Period. PV amount earned will vary according to value of eligible item. PPs may earn a commission based on PP’s status.
• Offer only applies to completed online customer website orders, customer orders placed through a PP’s Personal Website, or wholesale orders placed by PPs in their Virtual Office. Items in customer’s cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed.
• Replacements (or TG credit if replacements are unavailable) may only be made for items which arrive damaged if such items are reported within thirty (30) days of initial receipt. For replacements or returns visit our Returns & Exchange Portal. Replacements and refunds will only be made consistent with existing warranties.
• Promotion is void where prohibited and subject to change, suspension, modification or termination by TG at any time prior to, during, or after the Promotion Period. All decisions made by TG concerning Promotion are made in the sole and absolute discretion of TG and are final when made.

• If applicable to the Promotion, PPs and customers will receive free standard ground shipping on the amount indicated in promotion details retail and wholesale, when applicable (prior to taxes) during the Promotion Period.
• Qualifying purchase amount is calculated before tax and after all applicable discounts.
• Qualified online orders will be automatically credited with free standard ground shipping.
• If an expedited shipping method is chosen (Second Day Delivery or Overnight Delivery) the stated shipping and handling fees will apply.
• Valid for shipments to the Continental United States, HI, AK, PR and Canada. Also available for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
• Free shipping offer may not be applied retroactively to existing online orders placed before Promotion Period begins.
• Free shipping does not apply to returns or replacements.
