A former firefighter, Shawn enjoys supporting and fostering the fun, vibrant employee culture at Think Goodness headquarters and has worn just about every hat in the company to ensure it works smoothly. Shawn is a dedicated father who loves spending quality time with his three children, making breakfast, working on their family farm and making memories with his wife Terri.
