Care Team Update
Our Care Team will continue to provide support to Purpose Partners and customers by email at Support@ThinkGoodness.com through the end of the year.
When emailing the Care Team, please provide the necessary details relevant to the issue at hand (i.e. order numbers, email addresses, customer/downline name, etc.) and allow up to 48 hours for a response.
For urgent assistance outside of business hours, you can email AfterHours@ThinkGoodness.com. If your inquiry is identified as an emergency, one of our team members will be in contact with you. Otherwise, you will receive a response from the Care Team when we resume normal business hours.
If your inquiry is best resolved with a phone call, rest assured the Care Team will be more than happy to do so. In this case, please also provide your contact information and the best time to reach you in your email.
Purpose Partner Tax Adjustment
We’ve been getting some questions about the amount you’re seeing on the Purpose Partner Tax Adjustment line at checkout (this has been updated to say Wholesale Tax). Rest assured, this amount is correct.
Per tax laws, the taxes charged should be based on the retail price, not the wholesale price. With Origami Owl, and all companies that offer wholesale pricing, the taxes must always be charged on the retail price.
If we don't charge you tax on the retail price, you'll be liable for taxes in your area. So this makes it easier for you to conduct business!
Cart Sharing Update
We're noticing the cart sharing experience is not as beneficial for your customers as we had originally planned (and hoped!). Our team is working to improve this experience! Please don't share a cart with your customers until our team has fixed the issues. We'll post an update in the Think Goodness Purpose Partner Community Group when we have a resolution.
